For Canadian Computer, service is of paramount importance. We deliver premium service at a reasonable cost whether you're a home user, 2 person graphic shop or a large corporation.

Our Apple Certified technicians and other technical staff are constantly being exposed to the latest technologies. Whether your service needs are straightforward or very advanced we have the credentials to get the job done right the first time.

Regular Depot Service
Bring your Mac into our service department! Our Apple-Certified repair technicians will get you back on track. Our bench service rate is only $45 for every half hour, minimium one hour.

Bring Your Mac in for a Tune-Up!
Regular maintenance is the key to happy computing. Important system files can become corrupted through daily use and can cause unexpected things to happen. Our tune-up gives your hard drive a thorough inspection which repairs damaged files and optimizes the performance of your computer. We'll also look out for updates and bug fixes and ensure that your computer is up to date. A tune-up costs $90. Since much of the time is spent running utlities on your computer which can take a while, we charge this flat rate regardless of how long it takes.

On-site Service*
Need us to come to you? No problem. For customer's within 50km of our location, the rate is $160 for the first hour and $45 for every half hour afterwards with a one hour minimum.

Service Contracts
Make us your official IT Department by buying service hours in bulk. Purchasing time in advance gets you on our VIP list for service calls and saves you money over time by charging less per hour. Service Contracts can be purchased in 5, 10, 20 or 50 hour packages - the more you get, the more you save! Ask your sales representative for details.

Internet Setup - $75 flat rate*
Includes the initial setup and configuration of one Mac for a high speed or dial up internet service (includes setup of a router if needed).

New Computer Delivery & Setup - $90 flat rate*
Set up of a new computer at a customers home or office. Includes one peripheral, such as a printer, and an internet connection. This fee does not cover training. Within Oakville only.

Training
Need to rent a geek to answer all of your questions? That's what we're here for! Come on in and bring lots of questions. We'll sit down together and make sure you have all the answers you need. Our tutorial service rate is only $45 for each half hour, minimium half an hour.
